Fill out a short form about your project and set up a meeting with Harrison. In your meeting, we will talk about your expectations for the video. Return on investment is important to us. We determine your goals and budget, and after the meeting you can receive a quote.
02 Scripting & Visualization
Getting on the Same Page is Key
Our team will create a concept script and a look book. This will include concepts, such as visual tone, music, and the overall feel. We will send it to you to review before project approval. This step might take further collaboration depending on the project. A video explaining your service might require you to help us curate the script. We know messaging but not always your specific niche.
03 Project Approval
2nd Meeting to Finalize the Project
In this meeting, we will look at the script and look book together. We am to confirm, adjust, or rework the concepts to ensure that they meet your goals. We will determine logistics, such as when we can film and the timeline. The ultimate goal is to be so clear on what the video will be that when it's done there is no need for excessive re-edits or reshoots; ie keeping money in your pocket.
04 Filming & Editing
Filming & Editing Takes Time
The timeline varies widely on the project. At this stage, we take care of everything and you don't have to worry about a thing. Scheduling, casting, crew, art department, filming, editing, everything! If you want a closer hand in this, we would love to involve you more by coming to the shoots or scheduling additional meetings along the way.
05 In YOUR Hands
Review & Deliver
We send you the first edit of your video and you give us notes on final tweaks in the edit. Depending on how many revisions is in your agreement, we continue with final tweaks until we reach your vision. It's important to note that these do not include reshoots or major re-edits without an upcharge. Once we perfect the edit, than we send it on over for you to post it, use it for onboarding, email marketing, to flex on your competitor, or use however you want.
